My name is Milan Subotić, and we founded Andromeda Boat Rent with one simple mission: to help people discover the breathtaking Pula coastline and the wider Istrian region from the sea while providing a safe, professional, and memorable boating experience. 

I have spent over 15 years building my career around the Adriatic. During this time, I have worked as a professional skipper, sailing instructor, wing foil coach, marine technician, and mechanical engineer, gaining extensive experience throughout Croatia and internationally.

Over the years, I have skippered yachts and catamarans along the entire Croatian coast, collaborated with leading yacht charter companies, trained new skippers, and guided hundreds of guests on unforgettable adventures at sea. My engineering background enables me to personally maintain every boat in our fleet, ensuring the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance.

In 2025, I founded Andromeda Boat Rent Pula to combine my maritime experience, local knowledge, and passion for customer service into one premium boating company. As a qualified mechanic, I have always relished working with engines and maintaining equipment.
